We continue to monitor and follow the health advice from the Victorian Government. Theatrical is committed to the safety of our community.
When you come to the show we ask that you prepare yourself to prove your vaccination status. The Victorian Government requires everyone visiting the theatre to be fully vaccinated or to have a valid exemption. You will be required to check in and prove your vaccination status as a condition of entry.
The simplest way to check in for most people is using the Service Victoria app on their smart phone. Details on how to do this are available on the Service Victoria website. Alternatively, you may present an official hard copy vaccination certificate when you arrive.
If you have cold or flu like symptoms such as a cough, fever, sore throat, shortness of breath or runny nose, even if these are mild please stay home.
If you are unwell of have been tested for COVID-19 and advised to isolate and cannot make your ticketed performance please contact Chapel Off Chapel Box Office on 8290 7000 or by email chapel@stonnington.vic.gov.au to arrange for a ticket exchange or full refund.

Book your ticket in advance: tickets are only available to purchase online. There will be no ticket sales at the theatre box office.
Arrive Early: please arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. The venue will open 45 minutes prior to the performance and ticket holders will be shown straight to their seat upon arrival.
Wear a mask: Masks are required to me worn at all times.
Social distancing: Please maintain social distancing when moving around the theatre and please limit moving around as much as possible and please only use the seat that has been assigned to you.
Cashless venue: cash payments will not be accepted and the bar will only operate on a show by show basis. The bar will not be open after the show.
Theatre foyer: please note that for the time being the theatre foyer will only be used as a thoroughfare and there will be no opportunity to socialise within the venue during intermission or after the performance.
